I loved the article on how the Atkins diet saved the woman with the eating disorder. I also suffered from eating disorders for over 10 years because I was busy counting fat grams instead of carbs - I could eat very little or I would gain weight. I didn't start the Atkins diet but saw an unexpected article on the news about how carbs cause fatigue & weight gain and how we need very little.
Advice
- Cut the carbs. When I started counting carbs instead of fat I discovered I could eat like a normal person my size and age - as long as I stayed away from carbs. It is such a relief to be able to eat and not gain weight.
