Eating Low carb and low GI foods for a healthy overall eating plan. Focuses on the different foods and how to incorporate them into your daily diet.
What is the purpose of your blog?
I started this blog about 5 years ago (before there was even blogging software!). This was when people were really becoming aware of "low carb" and how high GI foods were bad for you. So, I started it to bring awareness and discuss how low carb foods could be part of healthy eating.
Tips and Tricks
