I made this using ""best of the egg"" or egg beaters, instead of the raw eggs, it is pasteurized and found in the grocery store, and I mixed everything up in the food processor, this was so delicious, and very low carb. Next time I would add some more spices that is the only thing lacking.

This was one of the best alcoholic drink I've had in a long time. I'm not much of a drinker only because I haven't found anything I really like. I made it with the stirred custard, almond milk and 1/2 &1/2. Will be making it again for Christmas

Made it in the blender. Totally excellent. Cut the recipe in half. Didn't have bourbon, so used rum and a little bit (maybe 2 shots) of single malt scotch whiskey. It was great cold, especially as I used raw milk and cream (SO DELISH!). But then I steamed some and made an eggnog latte'. I used a mix of erythritol and Green Leaf English Toffee liquid stevia. Both were very well received by the low carb folks and normal people alike. I took literally a minute. SO good!

This just might be better than any other ""regular"" Egg Nog I've had. I made it with the custard (instead of raw eggs), Truvia, heavy cream and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I also added a little run flavored extract. It was delicious and the almond milk only has 1 carb per cup which helps to keep the overall carb count down. I think it would also make a great base for egg nog ice cream.

I didn't have any brandy so I used whisky instead. Great recipe!! Absolutely delicious!!
