Ingredients:
- ½ cup Dixie Carb Counter Instant Mashers
- 1 egg
- 3 Tablespoons oil
- Salt
- About ¼ cup water or so
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients, and let set for a few minutes. Adjust liquid. Roll into balls -- they should hold together, but don't put too much pressure on them. Drop gently into simmering chicken stock, soup, or water. They cook through in about 15 minutes.Recipe makes 6 "matzo" balls.
