Welcome to the "How to Cut Carbs" ecourse. You may have heard that it's a good idea not to eat too much sugar, or to reduce carbohydrates in your diet. You may have experienced benefits from cutting carbs, either in weight control, blood sugar control, or improvements in health. This "e-course" is designed to help you eat less carbohydrate. We'll go through the types of foods you eat and find the best choices. Of course, it's up to you how much carb you want to cut, but we'll also talk about how to make that decision. Why Cut Carbs?

But don't take my word for it - here are lots of "favorite things" written by low-carbers themselves. One that I hear a lot is that people aren't as hungry and aren't craving food as much. As one six-year old succinctly put it, "Sugar makes me hungry!"
