Question: Can I eat a diet that is both low carb and low fat?
Answer: Probably not. After all, you have to eat something! Some people whose bodies don’t need many calories can supplement their protein with small amounts of both carbs and fat. But most fats aren’t the demons we believed for years. With wise choices, you can eat quite a lot of fat as part of a healthy diet.
