And I actually do have a couple of questions for
you if it’s allright. Could it be simply me or does it look like some of these comments appear as if they are coming from brain dead people? :-P And, if you are writing on additional places, I would like to keep up with anything new you have to post. There are tons of speculations still when it comes to losing weight. And I think I just found the solution to it, I’ve always been one of the people that have been searching for an effective weight loss diet and been very picky all this time.

Thankfully a friend referred the Paleolithic diet to me and it has really changed my perspective in regards to diets and everything about it. Now, I’m losing weight so easily by just following the recipes.

I tried a low carb diet and it really does work…from a sista who grew up up on a high fat diet..(southern dishes) I lost ,on my first month 40lbs.with minimal exercise.to be exact I walked around my block 2 x in the am and 2 x in the evening.most of us do that unconsciously on a regular bases.the key is no potatoes/white bread /rice/macaroni/pasta/juice (sugar)/diet soda/no fried foods/try and stick to 3 meals a day.3 snacks a day.(weat pretzels, lowfat yogurr, ricecakes)dont eat past 9pm.drink tons od water.i just started back on this diet becuase I know it works.gyms are a business .you dont need to go there.becuase truth be told as yoir body burns fat you wi ll instantly tone.unless you drop it to fast. (Unnaturally or surgically) finally dont by a scale.or clothes to small.this is tempting becuase you will want to weigh yourself every five minuites or try and fit into clothes and be discouraged when you see no changes.when I did it I had a doctor weigh my progress every month or month and a half.trust me to see it feels better than looking it…keep up the good work.stick with it for a month.

In my view low carb diet is better diet plan for weight loss. It will give better results than the results of low fat diet plan. When we have control on carbs, we can lessen the calorie intake. That will help you to burn fat.
