olivesDid you know that olives are super-good for you? They are just brimming with all kinds of antioxidants and other phytonutrients, for very little carbohydrate. I've written up a profile of the carbs and nutritional information for olives, and while I was doing that I realized there is a lot of conflicting information about green and black olives and what a "ripe" olive is. Of course, this piqued my curiosity, and I ended up searching out accurate information about olives. The results are this write-up about Green vs Black Olives .
