
I love to make casseroles and other baked recipes at this time of year. There's something about the good smells coming from the oven that makes me happy! This new recipe is a low-carb version of the usual tamale pie. It has a relatively thin top crust (and no bottom crust). It's stick-to-you-ribs comfort food! Check out my recipe for
