Low Carb Diets Do Not Raise the Risk of Heart Attack

Every study showing good results from low carb eating seems to end with
the thought that low carb diets can't be recommended for the long term,
because we don't have that data. Well, the data are finally rolling
in. A study in this week's New England Journal of Medicine showed that
low carb diets do not raise the risk of heart disease, even when more
animal fat and protein is included. And there were other interesting
results, although they have been largely misinterpreted by the media.
