New Low Carb Menu

My latest daily menu has 43 grams of usable carbohydrate plus 30 grams of fiber. All my menus are low carb, high fiber, and contain essentially all the required vitamins and minerals (except calcium and Vitamin D). This one has a yummy “chocolate fondue” sort of dessert with strawberries, plus you can start your day with half a grapefruit such as this yummy-looking one, or a fresh summer peach.Photo by Brian Lary
