From the article: Top Low-Carb Products
There is no doubt that the best low-carb foods are easy to be found -- just check the perimeter of any supermarket. The meats, produce, and dairy sections yield most of the foods most of us eat on a day-to-day basis. However, many of us find that certain special food products make great additions. Which special products do you find most helpful in following a low-carb diet? Share Low-Carb Products

Sami's Bakery, Love their LC bread 3 & 4 net carbs a slice; Also, they make Millet & Flax chips! wonderful crunchy chips for dips at 4 net carbs a serving for the plain.Found @ many health food stores,Richard's emporium,or Bakery in Tampa.www.samisbakery.com. Dream Fields make fantastic LC pasta. They even make Lasagna noodles. Request store to order it if you can't find it. Manager of "Publix" ordered it for me.

Pepperidge Farm Carb Style bread is in my local grocery store and only has 5 net carbs per slice. Tastes great too!

low carb sundae

I buy Lucerne Watch"n Carbs Fudge bars. 3 carbs and 90 cal each. I cut it off the stick into a glass, add raspberries and whip cream, sometimes I drizzle sugar free choc syrup - this is sooo decadent tasting and I keep the carbs to 6 with all the extras included!!!

Sami's Bread

Be careful ordering from Sami's Bakery! The bread is great BUT when you order you have to give them our credit cart etc. and only AFTER your order is place and firm do they said "this does not include shipping and if you want to know the shipping charge e mail us". HUH? We promptly cancelled because we don't want a huge shipping charge! Best to perhaps order over the hone and find out the FULL charges!

Another Quest Bar fan

Unlike other low-carb bars, Quest bars are made with whey instead of soy protein, have lots of fiber, and have all natural ingredients. The chocolate brownie flavor, warmed in the microwave, is to die for! Netrition has the best price.

supermarket bread

"Sara Lee 45 Calories and Delightful" At 7 gms net carbs per slice it's probably not the lowest carb bread available but it's tasty and affordable. The best part is that I can find it in my local grocery store.

Mio Water Enhancer by Kraft

I am absolutely addicted to this Mio product from Kraft. It makes water taste so good! I can easily drink my 64 oz. per day with this. It may seem pricey at ~$4 per bottle, but it makes 24 glasses of flavored water or more, depending on how much you add. Zero calories, it is sweetened with a bit of Sucralose. I keep it both at work and at home and use often. Great replacement for soda.

One of my favorites

Some of my favorite products are made by Walden Farms. They have some great Zero carb products that I use. i.e. BBQ sauce, chocolate sauce, pancake syrup. They are very delicious.

Mahler's California Life Style Breads

We've tried the Julian breads and weren't that impressed. These Mahler's breads (a regular, a "vegetable" and a raisin walnut) are really good, too. Mostly 4 or 5 net carbs each. The raisin walnut is only 4 net carbs per slice.

spirutein low carb shake mix

Random Finds

Bella Vita Low Carb Pasta Sauce.. 4 gms net carbs per 1/2 cup and quite good. I have only found it available on line. I have found a few lower carb sauces in the grocery store. They tend to be the more expensive ones so look for a sale and stock up. I like La Famiglia DelGrosso Sunday Marinara and Tomato Basil Masterpiece both at 6 net gms of carbs per 1/2 cup serving. I have also found a lower carb tasty barbecue sauce at the grocery stoe. It is called Stubbs (original) at 6gm carb per serving. Very tasty with a little kick to it.
