How much weight I lost and how long it took
I lost 14kg in 6 weeks , with no exercise at all...
I was lifting heavy weights 2 days a week and jogging 35 mins per day 5 days a week for 2 years prior... and still had the jelly belly.

I am (was) a Personal Trainer working my clients hard and sending them to a nutritionist to try and achieve outstanding results , but it was not happening. I then discovered Protein Power... I went on the lifestyle change and lost 14kg in 6 weeks with no exercise at all. I quite my personal training business and completed my NLP Masters and now run a business that gets the Lifestyle change that the clients really want "Weight Loss Secrets Expozed" is now getting clients to look and feel great and changing their lives completely... We have been lied to for too long now and I am doing my part to support people.
Tips and Tricks
- I went to an NLP practitioner, and with both the low carb and NLP , I have totally changed my life , and I am now changing the lives of hundreds of clients (including my whole family).
