What is the purpose of your blog?
The purpose is to inform people that weight loss and fitness start at a psychological level, and there are simple tools that can help you raise your self esteem and keep unwanted fat off in the process. We also expose nutritional myths in the culture, including governmental and media deceptions, that are making people fat, and making it difficult to lose weight. We started the blog to get the truth out about fitness & weight loss, given all the propaganda out there and all the things that are not working in this realm.
