Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 T wine or cider vinegar
- 1 T water
- salt, pepper, and sweetener to taste
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.Store in refrigerator.
Whole recipe has 4 grams of effective carbohydrate and 2 grams of fiber.
