Ingredients:
- 1 can black soy beans
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 cup low carb barbecue sauce (see link to recipe below)
Preparation:
This recipe uses my low carb barbecue sauce.Saute onion in a little oil until soft. Add the beans and the sauce. Simmer 15-20 minutes.
