Want to find out which foods are highest in potassium and lowest in carbs? Plug any nutrient you want into this tool. Just watch for the fact that when you are going by "200 calorie" or "100 gram" amounts some foods we use in small amounts like spices will appear on the list. Unless you're planning on eating 200 calories worth of oregano, disregard!
