Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- About a can (or somewhat less) of sugar-free soda, lemon-lime type or ginger ale OR sugar-free lemonade
Preparation:
In a large glass, put coconut milk, lime juice, and ice. Fill the rest of the glass with the soda. Amounts can be varied to taste. Small umbrella optional. :-)Nutritional Information: Each serving has 3 grams effective carbohydrate and 115 calories.
