It's that time of year - Halloween is on its way! There are lots of tricks to staying low-carb and sugar-free on Halloween
. If you are planning to make your own sugar-free candy, check for special ingredients you may need to you can stock up ahead of time. For example, if I'm making candy with chocolate, I make sure I have erythritol
in the house.
