One last party, and then it's New Year's Day and we launch into 2013. Even if you stay home for New Years Eve (like we usually do), it's nice to have some fun party foods or appetizers. One thing I like to do is use up the bits of leftover cheese in the refrigerator to make an easy Homemade Cheese Spread, or Pimento Cheese. These can be used as spreads, and any leftovers can be the basis for a great cheese sauce.Here are some other possible choices for your New Year's celebration:
