Sugar-Free Sports Drinks

womanI'm sure you've figured out by now how much sugar is commercial sports drinks. Is this necessary? What else is in sports drinks? I take sports drinks apart, look at the ingredients, and then put them back together for low carbers, including a recipe. Check out sugar-free sports drinks.

i have heard that to mix sugar free coke with spirits is worse for you than mixing regular coke, is this true

If You drink a Sportsdrink, You get even more thirsty of all the sugar in it. Even if it’s atificial sweetener.
The best You can drink is plain, natural water. It makes You feel great :)

There are some superior sports drink on the market that are designed to replace the essential electrolytes that your body loses. Water will do the trick but it doesn’t seem to work as rapidly as electrolyte replenishing drinks.
