Movie Review: Food, Inc

This weekend, I saw the movie "Food, Inc." (Have you ever tried to take notes in a movie theater? It may surprise you to learn that I was able to decipher 95% of my notes!) Though I'm someone who has read a lot about our food system, even I was surprised by some of the things I learned. I was unaware of the extent to which a few large companies have control over the whole shebang. One of the outcomes is a flood of sugar and other refined carbohydrates in our food supply. This is really a great movie, and I urge you to see if it you can. Check out my description and review of "Food, Inc.".
