I go for 2 mcmuffins for breakfast at least once a week. I let them give me the muffin, which soaks up about half of the fake cheese.
KFC’s grilled chicken, Popeye’s naked chicken strips, or wingstop’s bone-in wings (plain, lemon-pepper, garlic parmesan, mild, or spicy flavors) are all extremely low-carb and even NO carb options. Also try Chic-fi-la’s chargrilled chicken salad, just don’t eat the tomatoes or carrots.
For those of us out West the best choice for low-carbs and high quality is the In-n-Out burger ordered protein style with is wrapped in lettuce instead of having a bun
