One of the cool things about this is that you can find low-carb recipes from among the About.com Food Sites. You can get to search from the Instructions on the Calendar page. From there, if you click on Advanced View you can make selctions for on a number of different dimensions, including low-carb (under "special"). (This may sound complicated, but when you get there will you see that it's quite easy.) Then when you find a recipe you like, merely click to add it to whatever day you'd like (and it's easy to move them around, too.)
