Plan Your Low-Carb Thanksgiving

thanksgivingThanksgiving is two weeks from this Thursday and I haven't even started to plan. But I'm not especially worried. Many people have eaten my traditional Thanksgiving spread, giving me lots of compliments, and never realized they were eating a low-carb meal. The first thing to do is to plan your menu, and then go about getting any special ingredients you might have to order or get ahead of time. For example, planning on making my stuffing bread? Thanksgiving has always been one of the easiest holidays to lo-carb (I love turkey,hate stuffing). Hopefully these recipes will make it even easier.
