If you've done any low-carb web surfing, you certainly have come across the name "Jimmy Moore" and his very popular low-carb blog and podcast. I've been happy to have the opportunity to meet Jimmy a couple of times, and he recently consented to answer some questions about the changes in his life, the people he's interviewed, and some help for struggling low-carbers out there.
