
From time to time I get questions about eating a diet that is low in both carbohydrates and fats. Let me be clear: I do not recommend it! On the other hand, there are times when it is nice to know about foods and recipes that are low in both. Maybe you live with someone who watches fat, or are hosting a dinner for people who eat that way.
