Olympic Low-Carb Eating

I'll admit it; I'm a sucker for the Olympics. This morning I realized with a shock that the first Olympics I paid attention to was 40 years ago! To celebrate this one, we're having take-out Chinese food while we watch the Opening Ceremonies. Ah, but which Chinese dishes won't play havoc with blood sugar? Unfortunately, a lot of it has a fair amount of sugar and/or starch. That's why I wrote this Guide to Eating Low-Carb in a Chinese Restaurant. Enjoy the Olympics!
