Low-Carb Pasta Alternatives

When people are new to cutting carbs, one of the things they tend to miss is pasta. But think about it...is the pasta itself really that delicious? It's the things we put on top of it that make pasta tasty - and we can put those same sauces and toppings on many other foods.
