Kimkins is an unhealthy scam diet which started on the Internet, and is making its way through the media -- and the court system. The latest is that the diet was featured on Good Morning America this past Sunday.
In more news, the price for joining has been raised to $79.95 for a "lifetime" membership -- lifetime being defined as the length of time until you start asking questions about the safety of the diet, try to draw others' attention to possible problems with the diet, or other "troublemaking" behavior. Meanwhile, the diet itself is exactly the same - extremely low in carbs, fat, calories, fiber, and nutrients. For the whole story, start with my
