Guacamole -
This classic appetizer can't be made ahead of time, but it only takes minutes to assemble. The rich smooth buttery taste of avocado is complemented by sweet tomatoes and tart lemon.
Marinated Mushrooms - a wonderful make-ahead recipe that's perfect on its own, part of an antipasto platter, or as an addition to a simple green salad.
