Your First Low-Carb Week

There's no doubt about it - the first week of a low carb diet can be a challenge. Your body has to convert from using mostly carbohydrate for energy to using mostly fat (hopefully the fat you are currently wearing)! However, if you know what to expect, you can plan strategies to make it through the difficult time to the reward at the end - renewed energy, weight loss, and no more cravings!
