Happy Low-Carb Hanukkah!

lowHanukkah starts Tuesday, so it's time for those who celebrate to start getting ready. One of the traditions of the holiday is to eat foods fried in oil. Latkes (potato pancakes) are probably the most familiar, but it's also becoming more popular to eat a kind of fried doughnuts called sufganiot as they do in Isreal. I can't say that I've made an authentic replication of those, but my low-carb doughnuts could be used instead.
