Help to Get Through the Holidays Without Regrets

motivationThe holiday season is upon us, with all its temptations. Candy bowls are filling, and soon the parties will be starting and plates of cookies appearing. The problem for us that is that once we get into a cycle of eating and craving carbs, it can be hard to break back out. It's time to make a plan. I have recipes and articles to help you, which I'll be pointing to throughout the next month. In addition, here are some of the motivational tools I have on the site to help you out:

Low Carb Forum - We're all in this together! If you have a question, or if things aren't working, or you're finding your motivation lagging - join in and talk to others who are going through the same thing. Is there a food you miss? We can help you find a good substitute.

Free Low Carb Newsletter - Twice a week, I send out free email newsletters to help you on your low carb journey. On Mondays, you'll find out the most recent articles on the site, the latest low carb news, and other information to help you with low carb eating. My Friday newsletter is focused on food - my latest recipes, resources to get you through holidays, de-carbed versions of your favorite foods, and lots of ideas so you don't have to eat the same old thing all the time.
