How Much Carbohyrate Should YOU eat?

altUnfortunately, there is no one "magic forumla" that can tell everyone how much carbohydrate to eat. Our bodies all have different abilities to process sugar (which is what all carbohydrate turns into), so there there is no one amount of carbohydrate that is best for every body. However, it's very important to figure this out, for optimum weight and health. Here are some tips to help you zero in on the right amount for you.
