Eat Your Greens!

altA nutrition professor once told me that it was common for our ancient ancestors to eat up to six pounds of leaves per day. Can you imagine eating a grocery bag full of greens every day? Neither can I, but greens are perhaps the best nutritional deal around, and recent research is only reinforcing the health value of greens in our diet. And yet, most of us don't eat the recommended amounts. Let's learn all about the power of greens.
