April is Soy Foods Month

altIn moderation, soy can be a healthful addition to the diets of most people. Unsweetened soy milk can be a lower carb substitute for milk. Black soy beans, which don't have the "soybeany" flavor of the yellow ones, can replace higher-carb beans in many recipes. Here are some resources about soy foods.
