Does the nutritional information on the cheesecake include the crust? Thanks!
Tess, that was very sharp of you! I was sure I must have included the crust, but I went back to the original recipe, and it turns out I didn’t! The crust adds a little less than half a gram of usable carbohydrate, 47 calories, and 1 gram of fiber per serving. Thanks so much for drawing this to my attention - I’m revising the information on the recipe now.
