Gung Hay Fat Choy! (Happy New Year!) Are you setting out to celebrate the Lunar New Year at a Chinatown or local Chinese restaurant? From the spicy food of Szechuan and Hunan to the more subtle flavors of Canton, Chinese food tends to present somewhat of a challenge for low carb diners, who perhaps wonder how much starch and sugars lurk in those sauces. But never fear, I've got the scoop on eating out Chinese and low carb.
