Low Carb Thanksgiving Recipes

Can you believe that Thanksgiving is less than 2 weeks away? It's not too early to start planning your menu, especially if you want to lower the carb level. I just saw an article which referred to Thanksgiving as a "carb-centric" meal. My reaction was surprise - it needn't be so! Most of the traditional favorites can be easily adapted to a lower carb eating style, as I have been doing for years. Here's my still-growing collection of low carb Thanksgiving recipes. I will be adding more over the next week or so.
