Can Carbs Cause Acne?

image Here’s yet another condition that a high glycemic diet has been linked to: teen acne. Libby Wiersema, About’s Guide to Acne, reports on a study in which one group of teens ate a high carb diet, and another a reduced-carbohydrate diet that emphasized low glycemic carbs.
