Progressing to Phase Two of the South Beach Diet

So, you've started the South Beach Diet, and are starting to think ahead to Phase Two. It's good to think ahead, because Phase Two is a little trickier than Phase One, as you slowly add carbs. You need to be able to pay attention to the signals of your body to find out the right kinds of carbs and how much of them works for you.
