Easy Low Carb Menu

It's the end of August, and for a lot of us, life seems to be extra-busy as we transition from summer into a school year or renewed work. The last thing I want to do right now is spend a lot of time in the kitchen. So I've put together a menu for you with time in mind. This menu is very high in fiber and protein, and has all the vitamins and mineral requirements for the day except for Vitamin D. There is no cooking except for the dinner, which is a non-fussy skillet meal. It contains 49 grams of usable carbohydrate and 36 grams of fiber, and is South Beach Friendly.
