New Menu – High Nutrition, High Fiber, High Protein, Low Carb

I am especially pleased with this menu. Most of my menus, while fulfilling almost all essential daily nutritional requirements, tend to come up short on calcium and Vitamin D - but this one manages it, along with the other nutrients. It has 50 grams of carbohydrate along with 33 grams of fiber. It would be great for South Beach Phase Two, Atkins Ongoing Weight Loss Phase, or for those of us who are just watching our carbs.
