Opinion: Wake Up American Diabetes Association!

The accumulating evidence regarding the role of reduced carbohydrate diets in assisting diabetics to manage their condition has apparently reached critical mass – but though the American Diabetes Association admits this, they still will not change their dietary recommendations, because they think it's just too difficult for people. This is a huge disservice to the many people who look to them for the best advice in diabetes care. Check out the rest of my opinion on the subject.
