Your Bones Are Safe

When anti-low carb writers make lists of the supposedly bad things about low carb diets, they often claim that it will cause bone loss. Researchers have set out to “prove” this, but have come up short – in fact, the evidence is growing that more protein in the diet can protect our bones. Last week, a new study of a very low carb diet showed once again that there was no negative effect on the bones. The head researcher said that he was “shocked” by the results.
