Low Carb Eating in Italian Restaurants

When most people think of Italian food, their minds immediately leap to dishes which are overwhelmingly high in carbohydrate – pasta, pizza, and bread. But there are lots of Italian dishes that are great choices for people who must watch their carbs. In fact, part of the trick to staying low carb in Italian restaurants is, believe it or not, to eat as an Italian person would! Here’s help in making your way through an Italian menu. Buon Appetito!
